Cubespotting

Terms of Service

Last updated: September 17, 2026

1. Overview

Cubespotting is operated by P2P.AI, Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). By using Cubespotting, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. What Cubespotting Is

Cubespotting is a place to learn a skill in five days. A skill is a cube: six faces, a few cards a day, and when the five days are done you have "spotted" the cube. Some cubes are sponsored: a sponsor puts money behind a number of spots, and a spotter who finishes that cube wins the amount the sponsor set for a spot.

3. Your Account

You sign in with Google. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity on your account. One account per person. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Spots and Fair Play

A spot is earned by working through a cube's cards yourself. Automating answers, sharing an account, or running more than one account to collect more than one win from a cube is not allowed, and we may void the resulting spots and earnings.

5. Earnings and Payments

Earnings come from sponsors, not from us. A cube pays a spotter only while its sponsorship still has spots left; an unsponsored cube pays nothing, and finishing it is still yours to keep. Your balance shows what you have won. We will publish how and when a balance can be paid out before any payout is offered; until then, balances accrue and are not withdrawable.

We may adjust or reverse earnings that were the result of error, fraud, or a breach of these terms.

6. Sponsors

Anyone with an account can sponsor a cube: you choose how many spots and how much each spot pays, and you pay by card at checkout. A sponsorship goes live once payment clears. A sponsored cube that is not yet built is built by us and listed when its deck is ready. The name you give at checkout is shown as the sponsor's name.

Sponsorships are final once paid. Spots that have not been won stay available on the cube until they are. Sponsoring a cube buys spots for spotters; it does not buy placement, editorial control over a cube's content, or any information about who spotted it.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use bots, scripts, or automation to answer cards
  • Create multiple accounts
  • Attempt to access other users' data
  • Interfere with the service's operation
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose

8. Intellectual Property

The cubes, cards, and everything else on Cubespotting are ours or our licensors'. You may use them to learn; you may not copy, redistribute, or resell them. Anything you write on Cubespotting stays yours; you grant us a license to store and display it in order to run the service.

9. Third-Party Services

We use Google for sign-in and Stripe for sponsorship payments. Their terms apply to your use of those services. We do not store card details.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that a cube will be sponsored, that spots will remain available, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Learning outcomes are yours.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, or won on the service, in the twelve months before the claim.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. We'll note the date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
